Notice of Fees
IN SPECIAL SESSION, THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF V.T.C.A, LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE, SECTION 118.131, SUBCHAPTER F, SET THE FOLLOWING FEES TO BE CHARGED THE BY OFFICE OF THE CONSTABLE OF DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH V.T.C.A, LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE, SECTION 118.131, SUBCHAPTER F, THE FOLLOWING WRITTEN NOTICE OF FEES IS HERBY SUPPLIED TO THE FOLLOWING OFFICIALS, ASSOCIATIONS AND COURTS:

It is further ordered by Commissioners Court that all citations, precepts, writs or other process of service should be mailed or delivered to the Constable who is to serve the process. Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to County of Denton, or the Constable who is to serve the process
